Life Outside the Box - Square Cut, or Contour Cut

Ultimax has economical options for contour / die cut custom shaped signs. We have the ability to create shapes on all polystyrene substrates, and all adhesive backed vinyls.

Thicker substrates such as Acrylics, Sintra / Centra, and Foamcore / Gatorboard, and others Ultimax can coordinate router cutting to produce any shapes you need.

Inks

Solvent Ink - Outdoor safe WITHOUT lamiation

Our equipment prints utilizing outdoor safe solvent based inks. These inks are rated for 3 year outdoor longevity.

Note that this rating is based at sea level - know that higher altitudes, especially in mountains, get more UV exposure resulting in shortened ink life.

Medias & Substrates

We offer many standard and specialized products

We offer standard medias vinyls, papers, banner materials, and also can print on any specialized medias such as flexible vinyls, fabrics, perforated wind break banners.

We stock common substrates such as Polystyrene, Sintra, Coroplast, Foam Core, Gator Board, and have ready access to Alumacor (aluminum covered coroplast), Diebond (many colors and finishes), Acrylics (any thickness & color).
